Take the still hot shape and adjust it to the upper jaw. Remove the mouth guard and immerse it in cold water to fix the material. You can repeat the process if the mouth guard has not been properly tightened. Clean your mouth guard by rinsing it with warm water and cleaning with a toothbrush.
