Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3 business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • For expedited or express shipping options, we prioritize your order to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Tracking Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. Please allow up to 4 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds

  • Contact our Customer Support team at  info@martapremium.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to ship the product.
  • Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Our returns policy is designed to be hassle-free, ensuring you have peace of mind when shopping with us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. No cancellation after goods are shipped, please think through cancellation before shipment. You will need to follow the return process outlined above.
